Hiwassee Compost Extractor Rental
We now offer rental of the Hiwassee X100 Compost Extractor, a high-capacity machine designed to quickly produce compost extract at farm scale.
Compost is loaded into the hopper and moved through the machine by an auger while water jets rinse beneficial microorganisms from the material. The resulting extract passes through a mesh screen and collects in a basin, ready for immediate use.
Operators can adjust the auger speed to control the strength of the extract, allowing precise dilution and a consistent final product.
At typical application rates, the X100 can produce enough extract to treat roughly 25 acres per hour. This equates to 25 gallons of compost (95L).
Daily rental $200 or $300 for 2 days, delivery available for an additional charge up to 100km from Uxbridge Ontario.
Be sure to read the manual before renting, to make sure you have the appropriate water pressure and understand how to use the machine.
