About the event
Join us for a community compost-building ceremony and celebration of diversity, transformation, and living soil.
Together, we will create a biologically rich Mother Pile—a living compost pile that will be cared for and continually fed over many years. Bring a small compostable contribution if you wish, take part in a biodiversity walk around the property, and help build a living source of diversity for our community.
Participants are also welcome to bring a note, memory, gratitude, challenge, wish, or intention to offer to the pile as part of a simple ceremony of giving, letting go, and transformation.
No composting experience is required. All are welcome.
RSVP is appreciated but not required.
